Questions people ask
Do you work with existing websites, even broken ones?
Yes, that is what Care is for. It does not matter who built your site or which host you use. If it is broken, we quote the fix first, then move it onto your plan.
Can you take over from my previous developer?
Yes. We review the site, write down what is installed and where it is hosted, then take over the technical work.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes, on Care Pro. After updates we check your cart and checkout, because that is where a problem costs you money.
What is not included, and what does extra work cost?
Hosting, domains and premium plugin licences are not included. Bigger jobs are quoted first, at an hourly rate we agree before we start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. We hand over your backups and access details.
Do you handle backups and security?
Yes: daily backups kept 30 days, updates, monitoring and malware scans. Nobody can promise a site will never be attacked, but a patched, monitored, backed-up site is much harder to hurt. We ask for a separate admin account, never your personal login.
How quickly do you respond, and where are you?
Care: within one business day. Care Pro: within four business hours. We are based in Nepal, work remotely with clients abroad, and keep everything in writing. We are not 24/7 and will not pretend to be.
I already do my own updates. Do I need this?
Maybe not. If it is under control, you are doing the right thing. The hard parts are what updating does not cover: testing afterwards, knowing a backup will restore, noticing when something breaks, and having someone to call.
